Our Story:

Our journey began with a single, clear observation: young people possess an incredible capacity for change, but they are often held back by a lack of access and opportunity. What started as a focused effort to support youth has, over the years, evolved into a dynamic hub of social transformation.

We realized that empowering a young person requires more than just a single intervention; it requires a holistic ecosystem. We recognized that youth leadership requires a voice, which inspired our Orchestra and Creative Arts programs and our Digital Media Hub ensure our youth aren’t left behind in the global economy.

Today, the resource centre is a multi – dimensional hub where health, education, and innovation intersect. By staying rooted in our community and responsive to the challenges of gender inequity and systemic barriers, we have grown into a strategic engine for youth leadership. Our history is not just a timeline of programs it is a collection of thousands of stories of young people who found their agency, raised their voices, and took charge of their futures.

Bridging generations for change

We believe that sustainable progress for youth is only possible when the entire, community is part of the journey. Our community engagement strategy centers on Intergenerational Dialogues, creating safe, respectful platforms where youth,parents, and local leaders challenge social taboos and co – create solutions to systemic challenges.

By actively involving local leadership, we ensure our programs are culturally grounded and community supported. This collaborative approach turns potential resistance into active advocacy, particularly regarding sensitive issues like SGBV prevention and SRHR. Through these dialogues, we bridge the gap between generations fostering mutual respect, strengthening family support systems, and ensuring that our youth lead from a foundation of community trust.
